Large carrots, grated 2 5 10

Celery sticks, chopped 4 10 20
440 g can 4 bean mix, rinsed 2 cans 4 cans 8 cans
Olive oil 6 Tbsp 10 Tbsp 20 Tbsp
White vinegar 2 Tbsp 5 Tbsp 10 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp 5 Tbsp 10 Tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp 3 tsp 6 tsp
Ground ginger ¼ tsp ½ tsp 1 tsp

Method

  1. Combine bean shoots, mushrooms, carrot, onion, and beans in a large bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and toss through salad just prior to serving
